Why no campaigns are available?
Since you just signed up, we are yet to start approaching your profile to brands. Once, they show interest, we will notify you through sms/email and same will appear in dashboard for you to accept and reject. Meanwhile, please keep your profile updated with all informations and your photos.
Unable to upload images.
We only support still images. Please do not upload any video / live photos from iphone. Please do not upload large images like more than 5MB. And more than 5 images at a time.
I have less than 1000 followers, how to register ?
Our brands are more likely to reach Influencers more than 1k followers. So, if you register now you won't get any collaboration. Hence, we are keeping entry gate for min 1000 followers. However, please reeturn back to us when you reach there, it's not that hard for content maker like you! :)
I have not done any collaboration yet, how to proceed ?
Do not worry, this step is absolutely optional. You can click on "Skip for now" and continue. However, please do not forget to upload your photos on portfolio page.
Why my application is rejected
Our decision is not a reflection of your potential or the quality of your content. We still believe in you and your creative journey. However, brands conduct thorough reviews and sometimes applications are declined due to factors like an invalid social media username or a private account. Please ensure that these factors are not affecting your application.
I have received email of campaign application, but not received any product.
This is an email for successfully applying to the camapign. You will receieve another mail when your profile is accepted by the brand. Although, this campaign has been completed. Please apply on other campaigns.
Why my profile is getting rejected?
Any camapigns suitable for you will be shown on your dashboard. You need to apply from the dashboard itself. Your profile is getting rejected by the brand and continue improving you reach and content.
Why I am unable to see a campaign shared over whatsapp group?
Any camapigns suitable for you will be shown on your dashboard. You need to apply from the dashboard itself. You must not be eligible for the campaigns based on parameters like no of followers.
My profile has been accepted, but I have not received the product.
The brand has not shipped the product yet due to some issues with their product. You will receive further communication once the product is shipped.
