By purchasing or applying for the Verified Badge, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Purpose of the Verified Badge

The Verified Badge is provided to confirm the authenticity of a user’s identity and profile on the platform. It helps improve trust and credibility within the community.

2. No Campaign Guarantee

Receiving a Verified Badge does not guarantee:

  1. Selection for any campaign
  2. Higher earnings
  3. Increased collaboration opportunities

Campaign selection depends on multiple factors including brand requirements, profile relevance, performance history, and availability.

3. KYC Verification Requirement

  1. Users must complete KYC verification within 30 days from the date of badge purchase.
  2. Failure to complete KYC within this period will result in automatic deactivation of the Verified Badge.
  3. No refunds will be issued in case of deactivation due to incomplete or failed KYC.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Once the Verified Badge is purchased, the payment is non-refundable.
  2. Refunds are not applicable under any condition, including but not limited to:
  3. Non-selection for campaigns
  4. Voluntary cancellation
  5. Account inactivity
  6. Badge deactivation

5. Priority Support

  1. Verified users may receive priority support, subject to:
  2. Support availability
  3. Official working hours
  4. Nature and complexity of the request
  5. Priority support does not imply instant resolution or 24/7 availability.

6. Renewal & Cancellation

  1. Renewal of the Verified Badge is not mandatory.
  2. Users may cancel or choose not to renew at any time.
  3. Cancellation does not make the user eligible for any refund of previously paid amounts.

7. KYC Data & Privacy

  1. We do not store users’ KYC documents or sensitive personal data.
  2. KYC information is used only for identity verification and authenticity checks.
  3. All verification processes comply with applicable data protection and privacy standards.

8. Badge Usage & Misuse

  1. The Verified Badge is non-transferable.
  2. Any attempt to misuse, misrepresent, or manipulate verification details may lead to:
  3. Immediate badge removal
  4. Account suspension or termination

9. Platform Rights

The platform reserves the right to:

  1. Modify or discontinue the Verified Badge feature
  2. Update these Terms & Conditions at any time
  3. Revoke the badge in case of policy violations

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or activating the Verified Badge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
